We are an independent CRO based in the United States that offers pre-clinical medicine trials in top-notch, GLP certified testing sites in Eastern Europe. Our business was founded to bring the top-notch, inexpensive services of these laboratories to new bio-technology companies in the U.S. and Europe, thereby offering a smart option for promoting development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a wide range of preclinical CRO including drug safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharma screening, bio-availability , bioequivalence, and extensive in vitro and in vivo screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical CRO is able to price preclinical testing far below other Contract Research Organizations because we have a very low overhead in the United States and conduct all testing in Kiev, UA where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the U.S. is comprised of only of the organization principals who work directly with clients; we have no promotion expenses aside from our site, and no central offices, supporting staff or other overhead to inflate prices. We have much lower study conduct prices in Kiev due to much lower labor rates and are happy to provide our best rates for long-term and more complex preclinical studies where labor is the greatest portion of the overall price. Because we use the same reliable international providers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory materials as other CROs, we have no cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical tests. But, regardless of your trial protocol and length, our goal is to give our clients the best possible value for their investment.
